We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead the growth of ReferOn’s market presence. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our go-to-market strategy, translating our platform's technical power into compelling narratives that resonate with casino and sportsbook operators. You won't just be managing campaigns; you will be the architect of our full-funnel customer journey - combining high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution across ABM, SEO, and marketing automation. If you thrive on data-driven optimization and have a passion for positioning complex B2B solutions as "must-have" tools in the iGaming ecosystem, we want you to lead the charge in making ReferOn the industry standard.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the end-to-end marketing roadmap, aligning high-level GTM initiatives with monthly lead-generation targets.
  • Design and manage the customer journey from brand awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless flow through the funnel.
  • Execute sophisticated ABM campaigns using Influ2, Terminus, or similar to engage high-value targets with personalized messaging.
  • Build and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, niche social platforms, and email. Create high-converting sequences and landing pages using HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Partner with the SEO team to align organic growth with the roadmap, using Ahrefs or Semrush to identify high-intent content themes.
  • Implement sophisticated retargeting loops and automations to boost ReferOn’s presence in unconventional spaces, including Reddit and AI-driven disco
