Your tasks

Wero, international payments, cards, mobile payments: Our payment transaction portfolio is unparalleled – and thanks to your well-thought-out marketing and sales strategies, it will soon be on everyone's lips. You dive deep into markets, competition, and customer trends, sharply identify new growth potentials, and prepare your findings for implementation. Based on this, you develop – in coordination with squads and Product Owners – innovative and effective go-to-market strategies and target-group-specific campaigns that make our payment products prominent.

You also take care of the operational implementation of campaigns and communication measures end-to-end, manage them conscientiously, and coordinate internal stakeholders to strategically launch inbound and outbound measures effectively. Of course, you always keep an eye on performance, analyze what works, and thus make the success of your measures measurable. And of course, you also have a firm grip on the relevant website content, maintain and update it regularly, ensuring that all our activities are in line with brand identity and tonality.

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics with a focus on marketing or similar, or a comparable education
  • Several years of experience in marketing and/or sales of digital products
  • Good understanding of marketing and customer-related processes
  • Creative ideas for customer activation and communication skills
  • Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives in parallel
  • Strong interest in the banking market, especially payments, coupled with enthusiasm for new developments and trends
  • Ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
  • Very good German and English, both written and spoken
