This year, Lyra's objective is to strengthen the group's entire product strategy to continue to best meet the needs of our customers and prospects. The stakes are high, as we are facing a very dynamic market in an increasingly competitive sector. Add to that the international dimension: we have a great challenge for 2026!

At the heart of this product strategy is our Product Marketing Department, whose activity is transversal to the group. It defines the offers and products marketed by the group (e-commerce payment processing, payment institution, proximity solutions, etc.), monitors their development with our IT Department teams, and carries out their market launch.

The department is composed of 6 people with varied skills: product management, market launch, product marketing. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager.

The Role

Specifically, you will define the business needs and design products for our various European subsidiaries (France, Spain, and Germany).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Collect needs from customers (French and European) and in relation with the various internal teams, for the group's multiple activities
  • Write business requirement specifications for the MOA (Business Ownership) teams
  • Coordinate all stakeholders during the design, development, and deployment phases
  • Make pricing proposals in conjunction with internal teams (billing, sales, CFO, etc.)
  • Support market launch
  • Monitor production KPIs
  • Monitor market trends (competitive intelligence, market studies, participation in industry bodies and trade shows, etc.)

You will interact with various internal teams (development, support, infrastructure, sales, billing, etc.).

Of course, an international context means you will regularly work in English, particularly with payment solution providers or our subsidiaries.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • You have a higher education degree, such as a business school degree (Bac+5 level)
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing
  • You have an interest in new technologies, the web, or e-commerce
  • You know how to synthesize, write, and coordinate
  • You master Shakespeare's language and your vocabulary is more extensive than the famous 'Where is Bryan?'

  • If like Rodolphe you speak several languages (German or Spanish)
