Your Missions

As Product Marketing Lead - AI products, you will be at the heart of our growth and user engagement strategy, in charge of the deployment and success of our new AI-based solutions. Your role? To deeply understand our users, refine the positioning of our solutions, define and orchestrate high-impact product launches, and drive a Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy to accelerate organic adoption and virality of our solutions. You will work closely with the Product, Data Science, Brand & Content, Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, and Public Affairs teams to maximize the perceived value of our solutions and accelerate their adoption. You will be a key leader within the organization and play a central role in Doctolib's success.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define the product marketing vision: Develop and implement Doctolib France's product marketing strategy and objectives within your scope, in alignment with Doctolib's global strategy.
  • Implement a Product Led Growth strategy: Make the product the primary driver of user acquisition, activation, and retention. Optimize the onboarding experience, reduce adoption friction, develop virality mechanisms, and identify self-service growth opportunities for our AI solutions. Identify opportunities for improving the user experience and sponsor strategic product decisions with leadership.
  • Understand our users: Lead user research and studies to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Decipher the market and product trends: Be an expert on the market, competition, and trends. Provide strategic analyses and recommendations to anticipate and influence the product roadmap and business decisions.
  • Define positioning and key messages: Develop and deploy the positioning strategy and impactful product narratives for your scope. Collaborate with the Brand & Content teams to ensure consistency of marketing content across all channels. Ensure that the value proposition is immediately perceptible within the product experience itself.
  • Drive product launches: Define and orchestrate the product launch strategy and create best practices to standardize launch excellence. Drive cross-functional initiatives, influence, and gain buy-in on key stakeholder orientations. Provide mentorship within Doctolib teams on operational excellence for launches. Systematically integrate PLG mechanisms into each launch to foster viral adoption and engagement.
