About Lyra

Have you ever wondered what happens when you confirm your payment in store or online? It's (partly) Lyra that's behind it! How? By securing your transactions and ensuring they go through. Our solutions adapt to all payment needs (marketplace, mobile, omnichannel, payment initiation, etc.) and for all types of clients (e-commerce merchants, retailers, banks, etc.).

The adventure began in 2001. The opening of the communications network to competition allowed us to enter the world of payments with one goal: to revolutionize it through new technologies and an innovative business model. We quickly became a leader in payment security thanks to our own French-made technology. In 2009, we developed our online payment service, and in 2018, we entered the Fintech era with our payment institution: Lyra Collect.

Our promise? To make every payment a small revolution, in line with the latest consumer trends and technological advancements. Our secret? Over 20 years of expertise, which means that today, there's a 50/50 chance our paths will cross during a transaction in France or internationally.

Mission

This year, Lyra's objective is to strengthen the group's entire product strategy to continue best meeting the needs of our customers and prospects. And the stakes are high, given the very dynamic market and the increasingly competitive sector. Add to that the international dimension: it's a significant challenge for 2026!

At the heart of this product strategy is our Product Marketing Department, whose activity is transversal to the group. It is responsible for defining the offers and products marketed by the group (e-commerce payment processing, payment institution, proximity solutions, etc.), monitoring their development with our IT teams, and carrying out their market launch.

The management team consists of 6 people with diverse skills: product management, go-to-market, product marketing… And to strengthen this team, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager.

Your Role

Specifically, you define the business needs and product design for our various European subsidiaries (France, Spain and Germany).

Daily Responsibilities

Which means that on a daily basis, you:

  • Gather requirements from clients (French and European) and in conjunction with the various internal teams, for the group's multiple activities.
  • Write business requirements statements for the project management teams.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders during the design, development, and deployment phases.
  • Prepare pricing proposals in conjunction with internal teams (billing, sales, finance, etc.).
  • Support the marketing process.
  • Monitor production KPIs.
  • Follow market trends (competitive intelligence, market research, participation in industry bodies and trade shows, etc.).

You will be working with various internal teams (development, support, infrastructure, sales, billing, etc.).

Of course, an international context means that you will regularly work in English, particularly with payment solution providers or with our subsidiaries.

Profile

Ready to take on the challenge?

We are meant to work together if

  • You have a higher education degree such as a business school degree (Master's level).
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing.
  • You have an interest in new technologies, the web, or e-commerce.
  • You know how to synthesize, write, and coordinate.
  • You are fluent in Shakespeare's language and your vocabulary is more extensive than the famous "Where is Bryan?".

Moreover, if like Rodolphe you speak several languages, that's a plus (German or Spanish).

Your personality will make the difference

  • You have a good team spirit and believe in the "together we go further" philosophy.
  • You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, an essential quality when working with internal and external clients.
  • You are self-reliant.
  • You are proactive and a source of ideas.
