Our client, a globally recognised leader in bioprocessing, manufacturing, and lab services — the kind of business whose products underpin scientific progress at scale, are expanding, and hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing strategy for the hardware that powers their service lines.

This isn't a support role. You'll own positioning, campaigns, and commercialisation end-to-end — working closely with product management and a senior Marketing Director, with regular engagement across the US and Europe.

What you'll do

• •Design and implement global marketing strategy and tactics for the Equipment Services business unit
• •Own product positioning, targeting, and commercialisation plans across the full portfolio
• •Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns with clear, measurable outcomes
• •Ensure products are well-represented online — listed, optimised, and performing from an SEO perspective
• •Partner with product management to influence roadmaps and ensure product-market fit
• •Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to sharpen strategy
• •Track product adoption, market share, and messaging effectiveness, reporting on impact

Must-haves

• •5+ years in product marketing
• •Full-funnel experience with measurable results
• •Digital and online marketing fluency
• •Comfortable working with data (no coding required)
• •Able to commute to Amersham 5 days/week
