Praktikum Go-to-Market Strategy - Hospitals

Doctolib is looking for you immediately as an intern in the Hospital Strategy department for our location in Berlin. As an intern, you will become part of our German strategy team for hospitals & key accounts. This team is responsible for identifying growth potential in the hospital sector, defining strategic business plans, and further developing our product strategy in the hospital segment to maximize market penetration.

Your Responsibilities

As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:

• •You will support strategic initiatives by taking ownership of smaller projects or project streams
• •You will assist in the development and implementation of our product strategy in the hospital segment, e.g., by accompanying product launches, structuring customer feedback, and contributing to the further development of our offering
• •You will prepare presentations and decision-making documents for executives and gather feedback from the Hospital Sales & Customer Success Team across Germany to improve our understanding of our hospital customers
• •You will conduct data analyses to support sales and marketing performance as well as decision-making
• •You will engage with the digitalization of German hospitals and analyze relevant regulatory frameworks (including KHZG, KHAG) to assess their impact on our strategy and product offering

During your time with us, you will

• •Gain comprehensive insights into the digitalization of healthcare in the hospital sector
• •Gain insights at the interface between strategy and product development and understand how customer needs translate into concrete product decisions
• •Acquire practical knowledge in project management with various internal stakeholders in a dynamic work environment
• •Develop your communication skills both in direct exchange and in creating presentations and reports

• •You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Business Informatics, or a similar field and are available for a 6-month internship
• •You have already gained initial experience in consulting, strategy, or project management and enjoy developing and implementing strategies and concepts
• •You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and want to contribute to one of the biggest success stories in e-health in Europe
• •You have a quick grasp, a proactive and structured way of working
• •You have very good communication skills and fluent knowledge of German and English (at least C1 each)
