Do you want to significantly shape kununu's B2C Go-to-Market and product communication?

As a Senior Product Marketing & Campaign Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role at the intersection of product, brand, and marketing. You will not only be responsible for developing and implementing effective Go-to-Market strategies but also actively shape the strategic development of our campaign and GTM setup.

You will combine deep product understanding, data-driven work, and strong implementation skills – with a clear focus on growth, traffic, and sustainable insights.

The annual gross salary for this position is – depending on qualifications and experience – between €60,000 and €70,000.

Your Responsibilities

  • Development and responsibility for holistic Go-to-Market strategies for product features and initiatives, including clear campaign and launch approaches
  • Definition of clear positioning, narratives, and value propositions in close collaboration with product and brand, based on relevant market and user insights
  • Translation of product roadmaps into scalable campaign strategies
  • End-to-end responsibility for the conception, planning, and implementation of product, brand, and collection campaigns
