Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Roadmap: Define and drive the strategic roadmap for High Voltage Silicon and Silicon Carbide MOSFETs, aligning with Infineon's overall strategy and target applications to drive business growth and market leadership
  • Market Intelligence and Opportunity Identification: Lead market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and "blue ocean" markets, informing portfolio priorities and strategic decisions
  • Portfolio Business Strategy and R&D Project Ownership: Own the development and execution of portfolio business strategies, acting as project owner for R&D programs to ensure product-market fit, customer satisfaction, and business success
  • Core Marketing Asset Development: Deliver essential marketing assets across the product lifecycle, including key requirements, business cases, value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market plans, to support successful product launches and customer adoption
  • Design-In Strategy and Pricing Guidance: Develop and execute design-in strategies with key OEMs and partners, providing pricing guidance and support to accelerate product adoption, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitable business expansion
  • Cross-Functional Leadership and Alignment: Align and lead execution across multiple functions, including Application/Technical Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Quality, Operations, and global Sales, to build internal and external visibility, drive collaboration, and ensure seamless product launches
