Product Marketing Manager

At SSH, we provide defensive cybersecurity solutions and related services to protect critical and sensitive data - in use, in transit, and at rest. Our approach is built on the Zero Trust principle: Never Trust - Always Verify. We’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, sharpen our product messaging, and support pipeline growth across our cybersecurity portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing - translating technical capabilities into compelling value for our customers and executing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• •Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across inbound and outbound channels (digital, ABM, email, SEO/SEM, social)
• •Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for B2B customers
• •Translate technical product capabilities (cloud and on-premise) into relevant business value
• •Drive demand generation and qualified pipeline in close collaboration with sales
• •Design and execute inbound and outbound programs, including content, webinars, and targeted campaigns
• •Support lead nurturing and customer journey optimization across the funnel
• •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and strategy
• •Collaborate closely with Product Management on product launches, roadmap alignment, and feature positioning
• •Align with sales on target accounts, messaging, and lead quality
• •Track and analyze performance metrics (campaign performance, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
• •Manage budgets and continuously optimize marketing ROI through data-driven improvements

What We’re Looking For

• •Experience in B2B product and digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or software
• •Strong understanding of demand generation and digital marketing channels
• •Experience executing multi-channel campaigns
• •Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging
• •Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• •Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
• •Strong collaboration and communication skills
