We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and data. In this role, you’ll shape how our products show up in the market — from positioning and launches to digital shelf excellence.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Management, MarCom, and regional teams to ensure our portfolio is not only accurate and competitive, but truly market-ready.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communication and Collaboration

  • Serve as the key liaison between Product Management and Marketing to ensure strong alignment on product strategy and priorities.
  • Translate complex technical features into clear, customer-focused value propositions across marketing and sales materials.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on product capabilities and roadmap to support marketing initiatives.
  • Partner closely with MarCom teams to develop impactful product communication assets including landing pages, press releases, and campaign content.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints.

2. Product Information Management (PIM)

  • Own the accuracy and completeness of product specifications within the PIM system.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure product data is up to date, consistent, and market-ready.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to collect, validate, and maintain product information.
  • Drive best practices for product data governance and quality.

3. Website Product Page Management

  • Oversee creation, maintenance, and optimization of product pages on the company website.
  • Ensure all product pages reflect accurate specifications, visuals, and messaging aligned with PIM data.
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to enhance user experience and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze product page performance and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Ensure strong retail and e-commerce product presentation standards.

4. Strategic Marketing Support

  • Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks in partnership with Product Management.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials to support commercial teams.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and claim validation.
  • Translate market and performance data into actionable business recommendations.

5. Process Optimization

  • Champion continuous improvement in product marketing workflows and launch readiness.
  • Strengthen ways of working between Product Management and Marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline PIM and website update processes.
  • Drive efficiency, accuracy, and speed in product marketing operations.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Around 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management support, or Marketing.
  • Experience within consumer electronics, IT hardware, displays, or peripherals preferred.
  • Experience in B2C and/or B2B technology environments.
  • Exposure to global or regional roles is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in cross-cultural teams.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Product positioning and messaging framework development.
  • Go-to-market planning and launch support.
  • Competitive benchmarking and claim validation.
  • Sales enablement material development.
  • Hands-on experience with PIM systems is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills (spec comparisons, product matrices).
  • Understanding of retail and e-commerce product positioning.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
