Expert Comptable Média Association is recruiting, for its marketing department, a Product Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract, responsible for jesignexpert.com and conformexpert.com.

Your Missions

1. Product Marketing Strategy

• •Define the vision and strategy of the products: value proposition, differentiation axes, business priorities, etc.
• •Continuously analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation (pricing, promotional offers, positioning, etc.)
• •Manage product roadmaps and prioritize actions based on firm needs, business challenges, and market news in collaboration with the project manager
• •Conduct studies and collect customer feedback to inform product roadmaps
• •Monitor and analyze requests for functional developments, write expressions of need, and participate in acceptance testing

2. Go-to-Market

• •Lead and implement the marketing plan for your 2 products throughout the year
• •Define and orchestrate marketing campaigns (key moments, key messages) in collaboration with the operational marketing team
• •Lead working groups, committees, and user clubs
• •Regularly create and update sales support tools, guide content, notices, webinars, and training materials
• •Host webinars and workshops at professional events
• •Regularly provide product expertise to the sales team during demonstrations and to the operational marketing team for the production of white papers, guides, and expert opinions
• •Participate in professional events (National Congress of the Order, regional and union events, trade fairs, etc.)
• •Monitor and analyze product performance

Desired Profile

• •Master's degree (Bac +5) type business school
• •Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, including significant experience with a software publisher, in a B2B environment
• •Confirmed expertise in go-to-market strategy and multi-product management
• •Knowledge of accounting, banking, and publisher/fintech markets
• •Excellent oral expression and writing skills
• •Interpersonal skills: listening, contact, pedagogy
• •Team spirit with good ability to unite
• •Strategic and proactive mindset
• •Communicator and negotiation skills
• •Basic knowledge of IT security (password management, application of corporate IT security procedures, etc.)
• •Knowledge of governance, norms, and standards in the field of ISO 27001 security and ISMS
