Backed by a leading venture capital firm, the organization is now entering a new phase: building a unified, scalable SaaS platform to replace a fragmented landscape of legacy on-premise systems.

The Role

As a Product/Go-to-Market Manager, you will play a key role in successfully bringing products and features to market. You are responsible for translating complex product capabilities into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and effective go-to-market strategies.

You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring that the platform is not only launched effectively but also clearly understood, adopted, and valued by customers. This role requires someone who has experienced the growth journey of a SaaS company—from early-stage to scale-up—and knows what it takes to drive adoption and commercial success. NB: this role does not have people management responsibility.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategies and execution for new products, features, and platform releases;
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly differentiate in the market;
  • Translate product features into customer-centric narratives that resonate with target audiences;
  • Create sales enablement materials (e.g. pitch decks, one-pagers, demo stories) to support commercial teams;
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on launches and drive product adoption;
  • Support customer lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, adoption, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives;
