Product Marketing Coördinator

What will you be doing?

You constantly think from the outside in: what does this product, this change, or this story mean for the customer? In the new challenge of Product Marketing Coordinator, you will work with 3 Product Managers and report to the Manager Inside Sales. The role is deliberately broad: on the one hand, you support the product managers in their daily activities, and on the other hand, you perform more marketing-oriented tasks related to positioning, communication, and brand experience. You connect the departments and ensure that plans are not left untouched but are realized.

Specifically, you will also be working on:

• •Traffic management: ownership of the planning of new articles, redesigns, and delistings within the product phases Adapt, Evolve, and Innovate;
• •Overview & planning: maintaining insight into the workload of product managers and creative/operational teams;
• •Project monitoring: setting up, monitoring, and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines and customer promises;
• •Stakeholder management: liaising with sales, marketing, production, logistics, and other internal departments;
• •Process optimization: identifying bottlenecks in the order-to-delivery flow and proposing concrete improvements;
• •Product stories & presentations: contributing to clear product stories so that everyone tells the same story.

What do you bring?

Organized, strong communicator, and you feel comfortable in a role where you connect, align, and look ahead. As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you take responsibility, think proactively, and dare to propose improvements. You never lose sight of the customer. Furthermore, you bring:

• •A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Marketing, Commercial Economics, or similar;
• •Experience with PowerPoint and Excel;
• •Numerical insight;
• •Experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP) and BI platforms is a plus;
• •Good command of Dutch and English. Do you also speak French? We would be very happy about that.
