Product Marketing Manager* IT Solutions Healthcare Market

for our Berlin location, starting immediately.

This position is located within the Digital Healthcare business unit and requires sound knowledge of B2B marketing as well as a solid IT/software background.

Your Responsibilities

• •Planning and implementation of the marketing strategy and planning for IT solutions in healthcare within the Digital Healthcare business unit
• •Analysis and evaluation of the market environment including customer requirements, competitive landscape, and technology trends in the healthcare IT sector
• •Definition and management of the marketing mix (product, pricing, communication, sales) across all target segments; ensuring the sustainable implementation of all measures
• •Development of market-oriented recommendations for the communication strategy, including product and portfolio positioning, support for market launch, communication mix, and sales support
• •Function as a central interface to all involved departments, including product and partner management, sales, and the communication department of the Bundesdruckerei Group
• •Leading content creation for presentations, brochures, flyers, articles, website, graphics, and campaigns; ensuring content quality and editorial direction
• •Creation of content and conceptual frameworks for trade fairs and events; support in planning and conducting customer activities

Your Profile

• •University degree in Communication Sciences, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field; or an equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience
• •At least 5 years of proven, sound professional experience in marketing / product marketing with a focus on IT or software solutions
• •Proven practical experience in conceiving and creating target group-specific content in a B2B context
• •Experience in developing user-centric B2B content formats; ability to create content briefings for production teams; experience with multi-channel content
• •Excellent written communication skills in German (C2 / native speaker level); experience in creating grammatically correct content; ability to self-edit and quality control texts
• •Strong sense of responsibility; operational implementation and assertiveness; high quality standards in cross-functional environments
• •Proactive, independent work style; strong self-organization and structured approach; results- and goal-oriented approach
• •Background in Healthcare IT is a great advantage; understanding of IT solution landscapes and target group needs in regulated industries
