  • Good understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and market dynamics (especially Germany and EMEA)
  • Analytical and market-oriented thinking; data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication skills and close collaboration with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to take responsibility and work proactively
  • Network building and cross-functional collaboration
