Job Description

Under the management of the Marketing Manager, you will join a team of 3 PMMs and evolve within a trio composed of a Product Designer and a Product Manager. In close collaboration with the Product and Sales teams, you play a key role in the success of our solutions and offers. Close to our customers and the market, you define the go-to-market strategy, manage launches, analyze performance, and coordinate the necessary actions to ensure a successful market launch.

Your Missions

1. Market analysis, customer knowledge, and ICP

  • Develop customer knowledge in conjunction with the Data and monitoring teams
  • Enrich and analyze ICPs and personas to disseminate a customer-oriented culture within the teams

2. Definition of positioning, value, and offer strategy

  • Build a clear, differentiating, and customer-centric value proposition
  • Build offers and their pricing
  • Create a coherent product narrative that harmonizes internal discourse (Product, Sales, Marketing) and supports the roadmap.

3. Go-to-market (GTM), launch, and team enablement

  • Deploy comprehensive launch plans
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and provide Sales support materials
  • Implement the go-to-market plan for offers, ensure consistency of marketing assets, and manage launch KPIs (pipeline, conversion, adoption).

4. Performance monitoring, continuous optimization, and lifecycle management

  • Analyze data (AAARRR, activation, usage, expansion, churn, NPS) and collect customer feedback to improve the product experience.
  • Adjust positioning, features, offers, or pricing according to evolving needs, competition, and market insights.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal teams and partners to continuously and structurally evolve solutions.

You play a central role in the life of RCA by collaborating daily with numerous internal stakeholders (PMs, designers, sales, CSMs, customer service) and external ones (partners, clients).

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
  • You have experience in B2B product marketing, as well as a good understanding of go-to-market challenges
  • You are comfortable with project management, with a good capacity for cross-functional coordination
  • You know how to define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure the impact of your actions

Additional Information

Permanent contract position, to be filled in Nantes. Fixed salary between €40k and €44k + benefits: €2k in bonuses, SWILE card €10.5, profit-sharing / PEE, gift vouchers, CSE, leisure budget, concierge service, 2 days of remote work, 5 RTT days + 3 additional days of leave offered (birthday, Whit Monday, personal life leave).
