We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager, a true full-stack PMM capable of defining our products' positioning, clearly articulating their value, and supporting growth among our existing users and in new markets.

You will lead the marketing of our enterprise solutions for the aeronautical industry, combining strategic vision and operational execution: building clear messaging, leading Go-to-Market strategies, and supporting product launches.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer (CSMO), you will play a key and cross-functional role, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Missions and Responsibilities

Build & structure the Product Marketing function

  • Define and deploy the Product Marketing strategy and an operating model adapted to an international SaaS organization.
  • Implement scalable processes and strengthen coordination with Product, Growth, Revenue, and Sales.
  • Act as a marketing relay for the Product team by transforming technical capabilities into customer value and integrating market insights into the roadmap.

Position, launch & develop the offering

  • Analyze competition, trends, product performance, and customer feedback to continuously refine positioning.
  • Build clear value propositions and lead Go-to-Market plans for product launches and evolutions.
  • Produce sales enablement materials (product decks, success stories, proposals) and conduct win-loss analyses to improve product and commercial strategies.
  • Conduct market and customer studies (reviews, surveys, interviews) to identify new segments and revenue opportunities.

Optimize pricing, packaging & monetization

  • Define pricing, packaging, and segmentation in conjunction with Product, Revenue, and Strategy.
  • Clarify the positioning of new offerings (Add-ons, Products, Edition features) ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop pricing models, including AI monetization, and adjust these models based on adoption and perceived value.
