Job Missions

As a Product Marketing Manager, you are at the heart of the product teams and will also work with marketing and business. Your role: to ensure that what we build is understood and relevant! To do this, you intervene at each key stage:

Market & Client Understanding

  • Analyze, understand the recruitment market and its functioning, then transform these analyses into useful insights to guide decisions.
  • Identify product opportunities from data and field feedback.

Positioning & Value Proposition

  • Clarify what we offer, for whom, and why it matters.
  • Transform features into concrete benefits and build a simple, readable and differentiating positioning.

Offer Structuring

  • Give coherence to all our solutions and simplify the understanding of our offer, both internally and externally.
  • Align product, marketing and business around a common vision.

Go-to-Market

  • Build effective launches (targeting, messages, objectives) and ensure that each new feature finds its place in the market.
  • Coordinate teams to ensure clear and impactful activations.

Adoption & Performance

  • Monitor product usage and adoption.
  • Identify what works, what needs to evolve and adjust actions to maximize business impact.

Profile

  • You have experience in Product Marketing (or a cross-functional product / mar role)
