We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a corporate focus, responsible for defining, structuring, and elevating the global positioning of our products and solutions.

The role's objective is to build the product marketing architecture at a corporate level, ensuring consistency, clarity, and differentiation across all markets, and enabling local teams to execute more effectively.

Responsibilities

Global product positioning

  • Define and lead the comprehensive positioning frameworks for key product categories.
  • Build clear, differentiated, and scalable value propositions.
  • Adapt technical capabilities into high-level messages oriented towards the customer and market.
  • Ensure consistency of discourse across all markets and business units.

Product marketing architecture (corporate layer)

Design and structure the product marketing model at a corporate level:

  • Messaging frameworks
  • Value proposition structures
  • Product storytelling guides
  • Define standards on how products are presented, explained, and compared.

Commercial narrative and strategic enablement

  • Develop high-level commercial arguments for key product lines.

Create key corporate tools:

  • Base presentations
  • Value-based selling frameworks
  • Strategic narratives by category
  • Catalogs & Samples
  • Elevate the quality and consistency of the technical-commercial discourse throughout the organization.

Portfolio consistency and strategic alignment

  • Ensure portfolio consistency, avoiding fragmentation in positioning.
  • Support the prioritization of strategic categories through a solid narrative.
  • Collaborate with Product to align the portfolio structure with market logic.

Cross-functional coordination (in a matrix context)

Act as a connection point between:

  • Product

Experience requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or similar roles
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical environments
  • Experience in corporate or multinational structures
  • Proven track record in defining positioning, narrative, and frameworks
