Job Description

1. Structure the Offer Strategy

  • Analyze market developments, customer expectations, usage patterns, weak signals, and competitive movements
  • Identify development, differentiation, and value creation opportunities
  • Clarify the positioning of our offers by market segment, target, usage, and customer promise
  • Contribute to structuring our offer portfolio and its readability

2. Manage Pricing and Monetization

  • Define and evolve the pricing architecture of our offers
  • Work on packaging, options, bundles, service levels, discount policy, and migration paths
  • Build value analyses, business cases, and pricing recommendations
  • Measure the impact of pricing choices on acquisition, adoption, retention, revenue, and profitability
  • Recommend monetization models consistent with our product and market strategy

3. Inform Product Choices through Market Knowledge

  • Collect and formalize customer needs in conjunction with Product, Sales, and Customer-facing teams
  • Participate in prioritization by providing market, usage, value, and competitiveness insights
  • Conduct benchmarks, competitive analyses, and market studies to inform decisions

4. Prepare and succeed in go-to-market

  • Define launch plans for new offers, features, or pricing changes
  • Build arguments, key messages, sales support tools, and appropriation materials
  • Support sales and marketing teams in understanding and bringing offers to market
  • Monitor launch performance and recommend necessary adjustments

5. Align Teams around a Common Vision
