RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Structure the offer strategy

  • Analyze market developments, customer expectations, uses, weak signals, and competitive movements
  • Identify development, differentiation, and value creation opportunities
  • Clarify the positioning of our offers by market segment, target, use, and customer promise
  • Contribute to structuring our offer portfolio and its readability

2. Drive pricing and monetization

  • Define and evolve the pricing architecture of our offers
  • Work on packaging, options, bundles, service levels, discount policy, and migration paths
  • Build value analyses, business cases, and pricing recommendations
  • Measure the impact of pricing choices on acquisition, adoption, retention, revenue, and profitability
  • Recommend monetization models consistent with our product and market strategy

3. Inform Product choices with market knowledge

  • Gather and formalize customer needs in conjunction with Product, Sales, and Customer-facing teams
  • Participate in prioritization by providing market, usage, value, and competitiveness insights
  • Conduct benchmarks, competitive analyses, and market studies to inform decisions

4. Prepare and succeed in go-to-market

  • Define launch plans for new offers, features, or pricing changes
  • Develop arguments, key messages, sales tools, and adoption materials
  • Support sales and marketing teams in understanding and bringing offers to market
  • Monitor launch performance and recommend necessary adjustments

5. Align teams around a common vision

  • Liaise between Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management
  • Give meaning to offer and pricing choices, and engage stakeholders
  • Contribute to establishing a culture of value, market, and business impact-driven management

  • You are able to challenge, convince, and align stakeholders from different functions
  • You are impact-oriented, with a strong business acumen
  • You combine analytical rigor, customer curiosity, and operational pragmatism
  • Experience in the software, management, SaaS, or B2B services sector is highly valued
  • Knowledge of the accounting expertise sector is a real plus
