Your Missions

As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy and user engagement. Your role? To deeply understand our healthcare professionals (GPs and specialists), refine the positioning of our solutions, define and orchestrate high-impact product launches, and identify future growth opportunities. You will work closely with the Product, Brand & Content, Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, Data, and Public Affairs teams to maximize the perceived value of our solutions and accelerate their adoption.

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Understanding our users: Lead user research and studies to identify user needs and pain points. Develop a deep understanding of the market and trends to anticipate future needs.
  • Deciphering the market: Be an expert on the market, competition, and trends. Provide strategic analyses and recommendations to anticipate and influence the product roadmap and business decisions.
  • Defining positioning and key messages: Develop and deploy the positioning strategy and impactful product narratives for your scope. Collaborate with the Brand & Content teams to ensure consistency of marketing content across all channels.
  • Leading product launches: Define and orchestrate the product launch strategy and create best practices to standardize launch excellence. Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence, and gain buy-in from key stakeholders on orientations. Mentor Doctolib teams on operational excellence in launches.
  • Maximizing engagement and usage of our products: Define and implement strategies for adoption and usage of Doctolib products while contributing to the design of performance analysis and measurement frameworks in collaboration with product teams. Identify opportunities for improving user experience and sponsor strategic product decisions with leadership.

You Could Be the Next Member of Our Team If You Have

  • 8/9 years of experience in Product Marketing, including significant experience ideally in a B2B/Tech environment and in project management.
  • Proven expertise in project management, with the ability to manage complex, strategic, and cross-functional projects.
  • Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and developing impactful narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to formulate strategic recommendations.

It Would Be Fantastic If You Also Had

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Natural leadership, ability to influence and unite cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
