Your Tasks

Do you want to significantly shape the go-to-market strategy of a leading B2B SaaS company, and not just for JTL but also across multiple products and companies? As Lead Product Marketing Manager at JTL, you will take on an overarching role for our growing product portfolio. You will report directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and assume the technical leadership of a small team. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of our product communication and at the same time ensure that it is effectively implemented operationally. You will work at the interface of product, sales, support, and marketing.

You don't think in individual products, but in the JTL ecosystem – and develop positioning that makes the interaction of our solutions visible along the customer journey. In doing so, you develop clear positioning, define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and ensure that our solutions are communicated convincingly. In addition to strategic responsibility, you are hands-on in implementation: You plan campaigns, develop content, and implement key measures yourself. At the same time, you provide guidelines and structure for our subsidiaries and enable them to implement consistent and effective product communication. You work data-driven, use modern tools, and specifically employ AI to scale and optimize processes, content, and campaigns.

  • You develop the overarching positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the group-wide product portfolio
  • You define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Buyer Personas – segmented across the entire JTL ecosystem and with a clear focus on different target customer segments.
  • You identify cross-selling potential in the existing customer base and develop cross-product communication approaches for targeted addressing of larger target customers.
  • You plan and orchestrate go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and product launches, and implement key measures yourself (e.g., landing pages, emails, sales materials)
  • You provide technical leadership to another person, offer guidance, and develop scalable structures
  • You work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and support and assist sales with targeted materials
  • You develop guidelines and frameworks for product marketing and enable subsidiaries to achieve consistent, effective communication
  • You analyze the market, competition, and performance of your measures, use data-based insights and AI tools, and continuously optimize campaigns and content

What you bring to the table

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, of which at least 3 years are in product marketing in a SaaS environment
  • Initial leadership responsibility or willingness to take on team responsibility
  • You have already worked in multi-product setups, platform models, or corporate groups and understand cross-product relationships and cross-selling logic
  • You confidently develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on ICPs, target group analyses, and real customer needs
  • You have extensive experience in the conception and implementation of go-to-market strategies (e.g., launches, feature releases, market entries) – both strategically and operationally
  • You are very hands-on and implement marketing measures independently (e.g., campaigns, landing pages, sales materials)
  • You work confidently and solution-oriented with product management, sales, marketing, and support and understand their requirements
