In this role, you will shape the go-to-market and growth for our Foundry business within the CSA division, partnering with R&D, Operations, and sales to align customer needs with our roadmap. You will define pricing, drive market engagement, and develop collateral to articulate value across multiple verticals. You’ll translate market intelligence into actionable strategies that accelerate revenue and position ams OSRAM as a leader in semiconductor manufacturing. This is a cross-functional, international role with a clear impact on strategic growth and customer outcomes.

  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies to highlight Foundry capabilities and roadmap to achieve revenue goals
  • Own roadmap by gathering customer needs, assessing business potential, building business cases for R&D investments, and aligning technical capabilities with financial objectives
  • Define and manage global pricing strategy to support revenue and P&L objectives using customer requirements and manufacturing complexity
  • Actively promote the Foundry offering through customer visits, trade fairs, and technical conferences; participate as speaker/panel when needed
  • Support lead generation, qualification, and deal closure with targeted marketing materials, presentations, and customer workshops
  • Create marketing collateral including presentations, roadmaps, and customer-facing technical documentation
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; translate insights into marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Regional Business Developers and Communications to align on messaging and market needs

Aufgaben

  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
  • Master in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 10+ years in semiconductor industry, preferably in product management, marketing, business development, or technical sales
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor value chain and foundry ecosystems across verticals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present complex technology clearly
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
