The Position
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Cybersecurity. The resource will be part of the Corporate Product Marketing department which, interpreting the company's strategic guidelines, manages the evolution, consistency, and positioning of the entire product portfolio, ensuring the standardization of service elements and the necessary prerogatives for building complex and integrated offers.
Responsibilities
- •Manage internal and/or external stakeholders as a subject matter expert for the development of Cybersecurity products, services, and markets;
- •Define the product roadmap and drive efforts to increase market and company awareness in Cybersecurity, increasing pipeline/demand and revenue;
- •Define products/services from concept to production release, developing and/or coordinating the development phases: definition of management processes, service elements in IT systems, and supporting business cases, in collaboration with technical sales and finance departments;
- •Conduct market analysis and competitive scenario analysis;
- •Define product/service contractual package;
- •Define portfolio technical solutions by working in a team with the technical departments of Operations;
- •Define pricing policies and promotion methods on sales channels;
- •Manage the entire customer journey of cybersecurity products;
- •Provide sales training and enablement and develop tools such as sales kits to improve sales effectiveness;
- •Collaborate with the marketing team to provide content for websites, collateral, public and analyst relations, trade shows, online marketing, customer stories, and more.
Requirements
- •Belong to protected categories under Law 68/99;
- •Have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a product marketing professional in the cybersecurity segment within telecommunications, IT, or systems integration;
- •Knowledge of the Cybersecurity market in its various aspects: Processes, GDPR Risk assessment, Network & Cloud protection techniques: Antiddos, SIEM, NXGN FW, IDS-IPS, NAC, WAF, SASE, CASB, etc.; Endpoint security, DLP, intervention and remediation services, SOC, MDR, etc.;
- •Excellent process expertise related to cybersecurity services and sensitive data management (GDPR).
- •Good knowledge of legal and contractual aspects related to cybersecurity;
- •Strong project management and organizational skills;
- •Proven experience in designing enterprise-ready products;
- •Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level);
- •Excellent skills in working with and managing cross-functional company teams;
- •Excellent skills in preparing complex cost models.
