If you're a PMM who loves translating complex features into clear, engaging patient journeys, especially for onboarding and retention, you'll thrive here.

About the role

Why Oviva?

At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone as we build Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform. Our digital programmes help people manage weight-related illnesses by focusing on what matters most: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

To date, we have supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission is powered by a dedicated team operating across four countries, including our hub in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future.

Our journey is accelerating: In 2026, we secured €200 million in Series D funding led by Kinnevik and a group of leading global investors. This investment fuels our next phase of growth, allowing us to scale our AI-enabled chronic care platform across Europe and expand our support to even more people living with chronic conditions.

The Role

We’re growing fast and are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Patient Experience to define how our products and features come to life for patients - from first interaction to long-term engagement. This role ensures that Oviva’s products and features are strategically positioned throughout the patient journey, specifically focusing on onboarding, retention, and represcription. This role builds Oviva’s expertise in patient-facing communications, ensuring that positioning and messaging are consistently applied and adapted across different markets and medical pathways. By bridging the gap between Product, Clinical, and Patient-facing teams, you will translate technical features into narratives that drive long-term engagement and health outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in Product Marketing, specifically managing feature rollouts, onboarding, and lifecycle communication.
  • Proven experience with multi-persona or multi-use platforms and complex product lines.
  • Ability to craft behaviourally informed patient-facing narratives and translate complex clinical topics into clear narratives.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with Design, Research, and Technical teams.
  • Proficient in interpreting user research and data to inform messaging and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English (C1/C2 level).

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning: Own messaging, positioning, and visuals for onboarding and in-product communications to ensure patients understand product value.
  • Feature Rollouts: Lead rollout efforts for new features and pathways, aligning communication strategies with clinical intent and local market requirements.
  • Audience Research: Conduct research to understand the motivations of active and inactive patients, translating these insights into actionable input for Product teams.
  • Internal Enablement: Provide talk tracks, FAQs, and feature overviews to help Support, Success, and Coaching teams communicate new features to patients and doctors.
  • Lifecycle Optimization: Work with Data teams to monitor the impact of communications on retention and use these insights for iterative improvements.
  • Clinical Alignment: Partner with Clinical teams to ensure all messaging reflects medical accuracy and evidence-based best practices.

What We Offer

  • A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact.
  • High-growth opportunities with a clear path to broader strategic leadership.
  • A flexible remote/hybrid work culture across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
  • Annual learning & development budget.
  • Home working allowance and flexible working hours.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and inclusive policies (enhanced leave, etc.)

Having a culture that people want to work in, is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do:

  • We put the patient first
  • We empower our teams
  • We make it happen
