Your Role

As a (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager (all genders), you play a crucial role in scaling our paid marketing activities within the DACH region. In close coordination with our Director Paid Marketing DACH, you will translate our global growth strategy into effective campaigns and local market approaches. Your focus will not only be on operational implementation but also on actively questioning existing structures, independently identifying optimization potential, and precisely managing performance targets.

Please note that this position is limited to 24 months (a subsequent permanent employment is sought).

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Cross-channel evaluation of the marketing mix, identification of untapped growth potential, and utilization of market benchmarks and analyses for continuous scaling of the DACH strategy, considering acquisition and retention KPIs.
  • KPI Monitoring & Spend Pacing: Ensuring an efficient channel mix through regular budget reallocations and validation of measure impact with the help of incrementality and lift tests, as well as supporting the Marketing Analytics Team.
  • Creative Strategy & Optimization: Analysis of creative performance in collaboration with our design teams, derivation of messaging optimizations, and continuous iteration to maximize the relevance of performance ads.
  • Stakeholder Management & Campaign Control: Planning campaign implementation in coordination with relevant marketing stakeholders (design and discount teams) and overcoming operational challenges through solution-oriented approaches and structured project management.
  • Innovation & Channel Expansion: Proactive identification of new marketing potentials, evaluation of their relevance for our growth targets, and operational responsibility for end-to-end rollouts of innovative channels and strategies.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, especially in successfully scaling campaigns and channels.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing attribution and analysis methods, as well as confident derivation of business-relevant insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience in strategic budget planning and operational control of (digital) multi-channel campaigns.
  • High level of initiative and ownership, as well as the ability to independently identify and consistently implement optimization potential.
  • Confident and convincing demeanor in dealing with complex stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level each).
