About the role

Our client, a dynamic player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is seeking a creative and strategic Remote Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of their product portfolio. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be instrumental in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product narratives, and leading cross-functional teams to launch innovative products that resonate with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for new and existing FMCG products.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify market opportunities and inform product positioning.
  • Define product value propositions, key messaging, and target audience segmentation.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product descriptions, sales presentations, website content, and social media assets.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage the product launch process from ideation to post-launch analysis.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, PR, retail marketing).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage product marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in the FMCG sector.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product lines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
