About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager (all genders), you are responsible for the successful positioning and market launch of products and features on the StackFuel platform. You develop compelling sales and marketing narratives, work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, and ensure high market acceptance.

The goal of your role is to sustainably increase product growth and customer experience through data-driven insights, clear messaging strategies, and effective campaigns.

Key aspects of your role

  • Managing launches for new products/trainings, features and narratives, as well as leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Developing compelling sales narratives and enabling sales teams, including building segment-focused sales playbooks.
  • Creation of clear, effective positioning and structured messaging concepts for internal and external target groups.
  • Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to relevant stakeholders
  • Analysis of the competitive environment and derivation of market trends for the further development of the product roadmap
  • Close collaboration with B2B and B2C2G marketing to implement global campaigns to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Development and use of Voice-of-Customer insights as well as conducting market and product validations

This is what you bring with you

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in product marketing with close collaboration with sales, product and marketing teams.
  • Proven track record in product marketing or strategy roles, ideally in rapidly growing companies
  • Proactive, clear communication and high adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking
  • Confident handling of demanding stakeholders and the ability to build trust sustainably.
  • High personal quality standards and the ability to inspire others to pursue ambitious goals.
