Our client is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (M/F) for a long-term assignment.

Reporting to the Business Development Department, you will lead and structure the B2B and B2C PMM teams to accelerate the implementation of strategic projects, secure launches, and enhance the business impact of product roadmaps.

• •Supervise and coordinate the two PMM teams (B2B and B2C)
• •Lead structuring roadmap topics with high business impact
• •Accelerate the implementation of key projects
• •Secure critical product launches and migrations
• •Support the upskilling of junior PMMs

B2C Scope

• •Exploit and deepen a massive audit of offer catalogs
• •Integrate audit results into the product roadmap
• •Lead cross-functional projects involving numerous stakeholders
• •Strengthen sales enablement and customer service support
• •Optimize customer journeys and the quality of information delivered

B2B Scope

• •Ensure post-delivery follow-up of tariff revaluation
• •Lead the migration of customer journeys related to fiscal dematerialization
• •Rethink B2B onboarding journeys (evolution of normative protocol)
• •Launch a new offer dedicated to professionals
• •Coordinate internal teams involved in these transformations

Candidate Profile

Experienced Senior PMM (8+ years of experience recommended)

• •Significant experience in a structured, multi-product environment
• •Strategic roadmap management
• •Go-to-Market & product launches
• •Customer journey optimization
• •Cross-functional, multi-stakeholder coordination
• •Data analysis & KPI-driven management
• •Natural leadership, strong interpersonal intelligence, ability to unite
• •Experience in functional management and team supervision
• •Experience in the mobility/transport sector appreciated
