The Position

Product Marketing Manager - Medical Education M/F

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will contribute to the development of products in international markets through the creation and management of educational and marketing levers. Our robotic system addresses the prostate cancer and Endometriosis market and requires a scientific background and product marketing experience.

Your Missions Will Be As Follows

  • Coordination of Prostate Cancer and Endometriosis Education activities

Define the strategy, plan, and organize educational events

  • masterclasses, practical workshops, webinars, clinical case observations, and proctoring sessions.

Collaboration with doctors and institutions

  • Work in close collaboration with KOLs to develop tailored content and training.
  • Establish partnerships with hospitals, universities, and other medical institutions to amplify the impact of the programs.

Monitoring and evaluation of actions

  • Measure the impact of training programs using key indicators (participant satisfaction, solution adoption rate, clinical performance).

Regulatory compliance

  • Ensure the compliance of training programs with local and international regulations (DMOS, anti-gift laws, GDPR).

Development of clinical-marketing materials

  • Support for the development of Marketing activities

Support for the launch of new product features

  • Adapt marketing tools to field needs

Monitor KPIs

  • sales, market share, campaign performance

Profile

BAC+5 education (scientific background preferred or business school with an interest in technology), you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Med Tech), within an international structure.

You are recognized for your mastery of managing cross-functional and international projects.

You are comfortable collaborating with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and institutions.

You are perfectly fluent in English.

Beyond your technical skills, it is your attitude that will guarantee success in the responsibilities entrusted to you: your analytical mind and your sense of ethics are recognized qualities. Proactive, autonomous, you have excellent communication and listening skills, allowing you to easily interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Other Information

The position is a permanent contract (CDI), full-time.

Salary will be based on your profile and expertise.

You will benefit from the teleworking agreement allowing you, under certain conditions and in agreement with your manager, to work from home up to 2 days a week, after the trial period.
