  • Monitoring competitors using tools such as Sensor Tower, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and YouTube Ads
  • Working cross-functionally with UA, Creative, Data, and Business teams toward shared goals

What we expect

  • 3+ years in F2P mobile gaming marketing, ideally idle RPGs
  • At least one full launch cycle owned or co-owned – soft launch through global launch
  • Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies
  • Proficiency in using Sensor Tower to analyze creative performance
  • Experience working with marketing analytics, including attribution, cohort data, LTV, and ROAS
  • Fluent in CTR, IPM, CPI, D1/D7/D30 retention
  • Experience with store presence & ASO
  • Experience in creative briefing and testing, including hypothesis building, audience framing, A/B testing, and iterative optimization
  • Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work, with exposure to generative AI for visual assets
  • English language skills at the advanced level or higher

Desired

  • Comfortable building of lightweight pipelines and motivation to develop agentic workflows as core infrastructure
  • Education or experience in graphic design

What we offer

  • Officially registered full-time employment
  • 20 to 26 days of paid leave, depending on the country in which your employment is registered
  • Medical support for you and your child along with paid leave if you or your child are sick
  • Individual development plan and regular feedback
  • Professional seminars, workshops, courses, and internal training programs
