The Mission

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is the product reference person for a scope of several e-commerce brands and BtoC mobile applications. Their objective: to ensure daily catalog management, launch new products & collections, and guarantee product performance and consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage the multi-brand & multi-device product & collections catalog

  • Launch of new products, options, and collections defined in the roadmap: brief, coordination with support services & sales team, configurations in the various back-offices
  • Operational management of existing ranges & options, permanent collections & pricing grids (updates, optimizations, repositioning, restocking)
  • Front-end management and coordination of carriers by brand
  • Price benchmarking
  • Contribution to CRO, UX and e-merch optimizations
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction in collaboration with the data & customer service teams
  • Monitoring product quality in collaboration with the production & customer service teams

Analyze performance

  • Monitor key KPIs & regularly produce relevant and targeted reports
  • Development and implementation of targeted action plans
  • Launch reviews, product-oriented customer surveys
  • Market watch, usage & trends
  • Contribution to the product vision and product positioning of each brand

Contribution to R&D strategy and product industrialization

  • Management and adjustments of product roadmaps (projects and run)
  • Contribution to R&D workshops and expression of needs with project managers, product owners, Head of UX, purchasing, methods, and production departments

Ideal Profile

  • Holds a Bac+5 degree (Master's equivalent) in digital or product marketing, with a minimum of 3/4 years of experience in e-commerce product management.
  • Good understanding of catalog challenges: product structure, pricing management, positioning, and graphic trends
  • A good sensitivity to user experience and brand identity
  • Ideally proficient in Magento back office, Power BI, and generative AI tools
  • An operational level of English is required.
