The Job

As the Product Marketing Manager STANLEY and BLACK+DECKER, you’ll be part of our Marketing Team. You’ll get to:

  • Design the best possible product portfolio, marketing mix and pricing strategy in coordination with marketing management, local sales and European headquarters.
  • Actively align the marketing mix for maximum impact with a strong focus on efficient and profitable Sell-In Campaigns within a Multi-Channel approach.
  • Lead new product launches for the defined business units across the region.
  • Develop and coordinate growth strategies for all relevant sales channels with cross functional teams and multi-level involvement.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, retail pricing, and identify white space opportunities.
  • Take an active role in internal and external meetings, projects & events.
  • Actively ensure an efficient communication regarding all marketing, product, and portfolio-related information between marketing, sales, and other functional areas.
  • Work very closely with the Brand & Account Activation Department to optimize the full marketing mix, including brand communication, social media plans, campaign materials and sponsorships for STANLEY and BLACK+DECKER.
  • Coordinate volume planning with Demand Planning Team and KAMs / Sales Department especially for New Product Launches, Runrate, Sell-In Promotions and manage an efficient Excess & Obsolete Stock reduction.
