Job Description

Join the WSE Alpine team, at the heart of product creation in Annecy.

Integrated into the Skiboots division, you will contribute to the evolution of an innovative brand recognized as a leader in its field.

Your objective: to guide and actively participate in the creation of the product offering from a marketing perspective to create ranges that best meet the needs of practitioners.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Product Marketing Director, you will be the marketing reference for your product range, from consumer needs analysis to market launch.

Your main responsibilities

Market analysis & vision

  • Identify real consumer needs, study practices and trends.
  • Define positioning, range pillars, and strategic roadmap.

Product offering construction

  • Conduct field studies, tests, and user feedback.
  • Benchmark competitors and challenge technical choices.

Coordination & market launch

  • Guide product development alongside R&D, design, sales, and communication teams.
  • Prepare sales tools, arguments, and key materials for a successful launch.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work daily with several BUs and departments: precision, leadership, diplomacy, and clarity in communication will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5): engineering school with a marketing specialization, business school, or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in product marketing or category management.
  • Analytical mind, strategic vision, ability to prioritize.
  • Natural leadership, clear communication, ability to drive projects forward in a demanding environment.
  • Comfort with technical teams and an engineering culture is appreciated.
  • Fluency in English is essential (travel to be expected).
