About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who turns market reality into clear perspectives and commercially effective messaging that shapes go-to-market decisions and revenue outcomes. The Product Marketing Manager plays a central role in connecting market reality with commercial execution at Aceve. The purpose of this role is to ensure that customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market signals are systematically captured and translated into clear go-to-market actions, strong positioning, and effective sales enablement. This role bridges Product, Sales, and Marketing, helping Aceve make better product, and go-to-market decisions based on structured insights rather than assumptions.

What Will You Do?

As Product Marketing Manager, you will own how Aceve listens to the market and turns insight into action. You will drive go-to-market execution for product launches and build our Voice of the Market capability across key verticals. You will work closely with Product Managers, Sales leaders, and Marketing to ensure that launch messaging, positioning, and sales assets are grounded in real customer value and competitive differentiation. A big part of your impact comes from identifying what actually helps sales win, and making sure those insights are clearly communicated and used.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and drive Aceve’s Voice of the Market work, collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing input from customers, sales, usage data, competitors, and market signals.
  • Turn market and sales input into clear perspectives and concrete recommendations that influence go-to-market decisions, positioning, pricing, and prioritization.
  • Identify, create, and refine the sales enablement assets that most effectively support sales in real deals, based on where deals are won or lost.
  • Ensure sales enablement is adopted and used, iterating based on feedback, deal outcomes, and win/loss patterns.
  • Own and drive go-to-market execution for product launches, ensuring messaging, narratives, and timing are clear, aligned, and commercially effective.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align insights with execution and ensure decisions are grounded in market reality.
  • Support leadership with concise, decision-oriented insights that help guide strategic and commercial choices.

We Believe You Have

  • Experience from B2B SaaS in product marketing, commercial strategy, pre-sales, growth, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience creating go-to-market or sales enablement material that contributes to better commercial outcomes.
  • Strong ability to structure complex information, synthesize insights quickly, and turn them into clear, actionable output.
  • A clear commercial mindset, with understanding of how positioning, messaging, and enablement drive demand and revenue.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing, including senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence communicating recommendations and perspectives, both in writing and in discussion.
