Product Marketing Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

What awaits you

• •You support the planning and take over the implementation up to the success measurement of our product marketing activities across all touchpoints: whether it's coordinating new content for the website and email campaigns or co-planning customer or partner events.
• •You take on projects from focus areas such as the Marketplace, bexio Office, or Academy, drive them independently, and coordinate measures within bexio as well as with external partners. For example, you develop automated mail flows along the customer journey together with the Academy team and implement them yourself.
• •You take over the implementation of launch communications for new products, features, and improvements to the bexio application. In doing so, you extract the core benefits in content briefings, for example, which other teams then specifically use in their communication.
• •Your broad mix of tasks is complemented by your support in further product marketing initiatives such as the continuous adaptation of our positioning and corresponding messaging to our target groups, promotions including reporting, collecting and internally sharing customer insights, or expanding a standardized competitor analysis to acquire new customers even more effectively. You work closely with our graphic specialists for the creation of advertising material.

What we expect from you

• •You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, product marketing, or commercialization.
• •A big plus is if you have a completed (technical) university degree or similar education (e.g., federal certificate) in the relevant field, but it is not a must.
• •Ownership and sense of responsibility: You feel responsible for the success of your area and enjoy data-driven (KPI-driven) development.
• •You are an organizational talent with an independent, structured, and efficient way of working.
• •Proven expertise in writing texts and a confident command of German spelling and grammar. Can you do it all in French and English too? Even better.
• •You have a positive, goal-oriented mindset with an eye for the big picture.
• •You are an open personality with a hands-on mentality who doesn't lose sight of the bigger picture even with more complex tasks.
