We’re searching for an exceptional Head of Product Marketing to define, elevate and champion the cross-functional go-to-market strategy behind Zilch’s most innovative product experiences. Reporting to our VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll drive cross functional teams to deliver against product adoption, utilisation & retention KPIs, and relevant commercial outcomes. You’ll lead the charge on high-profile launches and continuous optimisation, shaping how millions of customers discover, understand and fall in love with our products. Bringing together marketing, product, data, finance and risk stakeholders, you will drive Zilch’s approach to customer segmentation, messaging, product positioning and incentivisation, resulting in a unified, compelling and highly intuitive customer experience that drives lifetime value & customer evangelism. We’re looking for an industry-defining individual who is equally happy defining top-level strategy & leading cross functional teams, as well as being hands-on in the detail, bringing together data-driven rigour and customer-first thinking.
