As GTM & Enablement Manager at Yousign, your mission is to increase revenue productivity by equipping Sales teams with the right content, training, processes, and tools to win consistently across SMB and Mid-Market. You will build a scalable enablement engine covering onboarding and continuous learning. Cross-functional alignment will be key to drive the performance of the sales organization.
Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast. Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.
Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win. Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.
Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes. Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.
Coordinate cross-functional actions between Product and Sales to ensure aligned and timely execution. Define and track KPIs for each launch, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams. Structure launch plans, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment. Collect feedback, measure impact, and optimize initiatives continuously.
You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM. You can create high-impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions. You bring rigor to program management - initiatives are well-structured, adopted, and continuously improved. You are comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results. You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
