About the role

Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the go to person for network monetisation marketing, owning how campaigns show up in the market and making sure they genuinely drive awareness, consideration and commercial impact. That means shaping the messaging, building the assets and activating campaigns that help the portfolio perform. You’ll also set and manage the marketing plan and budget, using a strong understanding of the funnel and performance to put the right activity out at the right time. Alongside this, you’ll keep a close eye on the market and competitors, flexing tactically when needed while still delivering against your longer term strategy.

  • Run tactical marketing campaigns that build awareness and consideration across your portfolio bringing in new customers while also encouraging existing ones to buy more from us
  • Turn our consumer network campaigns into a stronger reason for businesses to choose us, across SMEs, Large Business, Public Sector and indirect channels, while showcasing network improvements made through our Ofcom commitments
  • Activate collaboration opportunities with third parties, making the most of Vodafone’s partnerships to extend reach and stretch marketing budgets further
  • Create and activate compelling content including customer case studies that delivers real commercial impact for your portfolio and supports network led events
  • Work closely with digital teams to make sure vodafone.co.uk is a high performing hub for your products, with a simple, seamless customer journey
  • Own all marketing reporting, including clearly demonstrating ROI from marketing investment

Who you are

  • A confident, clear communicator who can influence naturally and stay effective in a fast moving, ever changing environment
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable breaking down complex ideas and explaining them in a simple, customer friendly way
  • Strong experience across the full marketing mix, with a solid understanding of brand, customer targeting and insight led decision making
  • Used to working in a matrix organisation, managing a range of stakeholders and collaborating closely with external agencies
