We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with solid experience in paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads) to lead the marketing strategy and execution of digital campaigns for assigned software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and marketing plan | Design the marketing strategy and plan jointly with the marketing management, sales management, and general management, focused on demand generation and attracting qualified leads in the B2B market.
  • Paid campaign management | Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) with a focus on B2B audiences. This includes campaign setup, segmentation, A/B testing of creatives and copy, and continuous data-driven optimization.
  • KPI generation and analysis | Monitor key paid media metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate) and prepare performance reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead management and tracking | Ensure that leads generated by campaigns are correctly registered, classified, and managed in the CRM, working in coordination with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transfer and effective commercial follow-up.
  • Budget management | Forecast, distribute, and optimize the paid media budget by channel, campaign, and market.
  • Content generation | Collaborate in the development of conversion-oriented creatives, copy, and landing pages, aligned with the needs of the B2B client in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sector.
  • Ensure the correct execution of all planned marketing activities, both digital and offline (industry events and trade fairs).
  • Teamwork | Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with the commercial pipeline and business objectives.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B lead generation: optimizing campaigns focused on attracting qualified leads, not just awareness.
  • Proficiency in Business Manager (Meta) and Google Ads Manager: campaign setup, pixels, custom audiences and similar, conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing campaigns in multiple Spanish-speaking countries, with the ability to adapt strategies and budgets per market.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make metric-based decisions (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and understanding of the long sales cycle.
  • Ability to lead projects autonomously and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • CRM management (HubSpot or others) for lead tracking and campaign attribution.
