Your Role

Within the Business Unit, we are developing Kiosk, a service platform for VSEs/SMEs, designed as a new-generation client portal. This platform provides multi-business modules simply and efficiently, and is intended to become the central service hub for our clients. In this context, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager capable of carrying the global vision of the platform, orchestrating its roadmap, and transforming market needs into concrete value for our users.

Main Missions

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and articulate the medium and long-term product vision, in line with the BU's strategy
  • Identify future modules to integrate by combining market watch, customer feedback, and business opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and arbitrate the product roadmap in conjunction with technical and business teams

Product Management

  • Conduct discovery phases (user interviews, usage analysis, competitive benchmarks) to qualify needs
  • Write functional specifications and product requirements
  • Prioritize developments based on business value, effort, and overall consistency

Coordination & Performance Monitoring

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (product, technical, business, support) around key roadmap milestones
  • Ensure the functional consistency of delivered modules and their alignment with the product vision
  • Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, retention, satisfaction, usage) and manage associated improvement plans
  • Regularly report performance and progress to management bodies

Marketing Collaboration & Go-to-Market

  • Work closely with marketing teams to define the positioning and messaging of new modules
  • Contribute to launch plans by providing product expertise (value proposition, targets, use cases)
  • Co-build sales support materials (pitch, product sheets, demos, arguments) with marketing and sales teams
  • Share the product vision and evolutions with internal teams to facilitate their appropriation

Customer Voice & Adoption

  • Represent the platform to strategic clients and gather their needs
  • Animate the user community and capitalize on their feedback to feed the roadmap
  • Actively contribute to platform adoption and user satisfaction

Is This Your Profile?

  • Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)
  • 7 to 12 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years on a B2B digital product (SaaS or service platform)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion...) to interact effectively with technical teams
  • Marketing sensitivity and ability to naturally collaborate with go-to-market teams
  • Good understanding of the ecosystem
