The missions of your adventure

As a PMM, you carry Sogelink's private sector market vision and turn it into a concrete lever for growth.

Understand and structure markets

  • Define and structure private sector customer segments
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and uses
  • Transform market insights into actionable recommendations
  • Represent the market voice internally to Product and Sales teams

Ensure continuous market and competitive intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, usage evolution, and competitive movements
  • Conduct regular benchmarks on players and positioning
  • Identify differentiation opportunities by customer segment

Build and manage Go-to-Market strategies

  • Define Go-to-Market strategies by customer segment
  • Build messages, value propositions, and narratives adapted to target audiences
  • Coordinate launches with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Ensure the consistency and impact of activation mechanisms

Activate the market with Sales and Customer Success teams

  • Develop sales support materials (pitches, content, use cases)
  • Support field teams in adopting market messages
  • Contribute to skill development in customer and market knowledge

Work in close collaboration with Product Managers

  • Share market insights to enrich customer understanding on the Product side
  • Contribute to discovery by providing a segmented reading of needs

Our offices are located on the outskirts of Nantes, and accessible by both public transport and car.
