Job Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and actively contribute to our growth strategy and user engagement.

Supported by Léa, Lead Product Manager, you will help understand the needs of our users (families and professionals), refine the positioning of our solutions, and ensure successful product launches.

You will work closely with various Famileo teams depending on the projects to maximize the perceived value of our solutions and accelerate their adoption.

Your Responsibilities & Missions

GO-TO-MARKET

Co-construct the product launch plan with the Product Manager based on the existing template.

Define and validate the client/market action plan with the PM, then manage its implementation (emails, in-app communication, support materials…).

Coordinate actions with stakeholders: organize progress meetings, facilitate inter-team exchanges, and ensure good information flow.

As part of launches, you will notably be responsible for:

  • Creating and updating external communication materials related to the product (communication pack, website, tutorials).
  • Deploying appropriate product communication devices (email campaigns, pop-ins, etc.).

Support sales and communication teams to ensure proper understanding of the value proposition and product benefits.

Create, update, and continuously optimize product pages on the HubSpot CMS.

CREATION OF PEDAGOGY AND KEY MESSAGES

Contribute to the formalization of launch product sheets for internal teams:

  • Translate the value proposition into key messages from the opportunity canvas.
  • Ensure consistency of messages between the product, sales teams, and communication.
  • Translate product features into concrete benefits for users.

Participate in test rooms to understand use cases and build educational materials (FAQ, support content…).

GO-TO CONSUMER

Rely on analyses provided by the PM and data analysis to propose actions aimed at boosting the usage and adoption of features.

MARKET & CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE

Conduct ad-hoc benchmarks during discovery phases.

Update competitive intelligence (new features, new identified players).

Participate in the discovery phase with the PM: observation, user interviews, quantitative questionnaires, benchmark.

Desired Profile

  • You have significant initial experience in product marketing (permanent contract, fixed-term contract, internship, or apprenticeship).
  • You are proficient in English.
  • You demonstrate rigor and organization.
  • You have strong writing skills.
  • You are proficient in using a CMS such as Hubspot or Wordpress.
  • You enjoy working transversally with various teams (sales, communication, customer support) and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are curious and have a genuine interest in understanding users and products.
