At Dutchview, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Flexwhere, our SaaS platform for hybrid workplace management. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening Flexwhere's market position, improving product adoption, and ensuring that our product story aligns with customer needs.

You combine market insight, customer understanding, and marketing expertise to support Flexwhere's growth. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and development, ensuring that customer needs and market trends are translated into clear product positioning, campaigns, and product improvements.

Purpose of the Role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for strengthening Flexwhere's market position and growth.

You will translate product capabilities into clear customer value, develop positioning and messaging, and drive product adoption through targeted marketing initiatives.

You will represent the customer and market perspective within the product development process and provide input for product improvements based on customer feedback, usage data, and market insights.

The Product Marketing Manager works closely with the Development Manager, the Marketing Team, the Sales Team, and the Commercial Director to align product development, marketing initiatives, and commercial objectives.

Key Result Areas

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support Flexwhere's growth.
  • Define and maintain clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead go-to-market activities for new product features and releases.
  • Initiate and manage campaigns that improve lead generation and product adoption, and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Translate product functionality into clear communication for customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments, and translate these insights into opportunities for product and marketing improvements.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal product development discussions.
  • Analyze data from marketing dashboards, product usage, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Inform colleagues within sales and marketing about the product story and provide input to improve product communication.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and development to ensure alignment between product capabilities, market needs, and commercial goals.

Objectives

  • Strengthen Flexwhere's market position and brand awareness.
  • Improve lead generation conversion rates.

Requirements

  • HBO/Bachelor's level of thinking and working or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience with SaaS products or software platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns, positioning, and product communication.
  • Experience with modern digital marketing, content, and growth tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Storylane, Midjourney, and Large Language Models (LLMs), or similar platforms for marketing automation, product storytelling, and campaign optimization.
