Its main missions are:

Analyze

  • Understand the market, customer needs.
  • Develop in-depth market knowledge: trends, competition, prices, uses, technologies…
  • Identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for evolving or creating offers.
  • Monitor and analyze offer performance: adoption, usage, profitability, sales cycle.
  • Conduct benchmarks, market studies, SWOT / PESTEL analyses, and strategic recommendations.

Position

  • Build the product strategy and offer coherence.
  • Define the positioning, segmentation, targets, and value proposition of the assigned ranges.
  • Contribute to the construction and evolution of offers: business case, pricing model, packaging, market adaptation, sales model…
  • Monitor the product roadmap: prioritization, arbitration, cross-BU coherence, and alignment with Docaposte strategy.
  • Ensure the coherence of offers within the portfolio.

Deploy

  • Support the business.
  • Build and deploy Go-To-Market plans in conjunction with BUs, Market Divisions, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Contribute to improving commercial performance and achieving business objectives through the structuring of offers and market launches.
  • Produce sales support tools (sales arguments, offer sheets, competitor sheets, battle cards…).
  • Support sales teams in adopting offers (training, key messages, PI…)

Knowledge

  • Bac+5 degree with confirmed experience in digital in B2B or B2B2C (SaaS or digital transformation).
  • Mastery of marketing tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Data and AI challenges and their impacts on offers and customer journeys.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical and synthetic mind.
  • Rigorous and demanding.
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to evolve in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong customer and business orientation.

Know-How

  • Build, produce, and deliver marketing and product deliverables and tools (SWOT, PESTEL, competitive intelligence, BP, OAV…).
  • Interpret / analyze and synthesize market studies, benchmark elements, and intelligence.
  • Establish and manage a marketing plan.
  • Public speaking (meetings, presentations, webinars…).
  • Ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and defend choices.
