TL;DR

This Product Marketer role at Yuki (an accounting software company) involves shaping how their financial tools are presented to businesses. You'd love this if you're a PMM who enjoys making complex software easy to understand and wants to make a real impact on how small businesses manage their money.

About the role

Translated from Dutch

Are you data-driven, creative, and always looking for new ways to make an impact? Do you think in terms of funnels, growth loops, and clever experiments? And are you “AI-native,” someone who automatically thinks: how can this be smarter, faster, and better with AI? Then we are looking for you!

Your Mission

In our Land & Expand team (4 colleagues), you are the specialist in product marketing and growth within our marketing department. You optimize funnels, campaigns, and user journeys to maximize activation, upsell, and retention. With a data-driven and AI-first approach, you build smart campaigns and growth loops that make our existing customers grow.

What Will You Do

  • GTM & content creation: You liaise with Go-To-Market (GTM) regarding feature releases and develop content that accelerates adoption and clearly communicates value. You translate new features into activation, upsell, and additional revenue for existing customers.
  • Translate data into action: You work with tools like Mixpanel, PowerBI, and HubSpot to analyze behavior and identify opportunities. You see where users drop off and immediately come up with a plan to improve that.
  • User journeys & activation: With tools like Appcues, you optimize onboarding flows and in-app communication. You ensure that users experience value faster and remain active.
  • Funnels & growth loops: You analyze and optimize funnels and build scalable growth loops that directly contribute to activation, retention, and upsell.

The Team

You will join a young and driven team:

  • Team Lead Land & Expand: Your coach and strategic point of contact.
  • Product Marketeer: Your regular sparring partner, your support for everything related to product marketing.
  • Customer Marketing Specialist: The expert in customer campaigns and activation, who together with you ensures that product marketing delivers direct results.
  • Go-To-Market Specialist: The Go-To-Market Specialist drives product launches and connects product with business and stakeholders. You work closely together to translate the right positioning, messaging, and market approach through various channels to the customer.

Together, you ensure that customers stay, grow, and become true Yuki ambassadors.

Are You The Product Marketer We Are Looking For

  • 2–5 years of work experience in (product) marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing;
