You will lead the product management team, represent the market's interests to global business units, and ensure that products, pricing strategies, and value propositions sustainably contribute to the company's success.

Your IMPACT

• •Overall responsibility for product strategy, performance, and lifecycle management of the Feller portfolio in Switzerland
• •Leadership and development of the product management team with a clear focus on objectives
• •Strategic interface between the market and global/European Line-of-Business
• •Ensuring market-oriented roadmaps, high-quality product data, and regulatory compliance
• •Definition and management of pricing strategy across segments and sales channels with a focus on value and margin
• •Strengthening the sales organization through clear value propositions, structured training, and successful product launches
• •Active contribution to strategic initiatives and transformation programs of Feller and Electric

Your Profile

• •Extensive experience in product management, ideally in the electrical, smart home, or building automation environment
• •Proven leadership skills and strategic thinking
• •Very good understanding of the electrical market and applicable regulatory frameworks
• •Strong market, business, and financial understanding
• •Proven experience in pricing strategy, segmentation, and product lifecycle management
• •Strategic-analytical mindset with a strong business understanding
• •Excellent communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
• •Fluent German and English; French/Italian is a big plus
