Aftermarket Marketing Manager Role

As Aftermarket Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing a team of six people, divided into three pairs (Product Manager + Market Analyst).

Your role will focus on the team's development of marketing tools and sales campaign identification, the creation of sales budgets by product range and region, and quarterly monitoring of annual performance. Finally, you will ensure effective coordination between the teams, executive management, and the three Safran Aerosystems entities: Evacuation, Oxygen, and Fluid & Fuel.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Sales Budget Management

  • Define, manage, and monitor sales budgets (MTP, Budget & Actual) for spare parts and maintenance (MRO) activities.
  • Produce accurate and reliable reports on budgets and sales forecasts, and support decision-making through data analysis.
  • Ensure alignment of business objectives with the company's overall strategy to optimize profitable growth.

Strategic Planning and Governance

  • Define and coordinate short- and long-term strategic directions, consistent with the development priorities of the Business Units.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior management and represent the company at external forums.
  • Ensure, with your teams, the link between the after-sales sales teams and the business units manufacturing the products.

About You

You hold a Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or international business) and have over 5 years of experience in product or business management within an industrial or technical sector.

You have demonstrated your ability to lead teams, manage strategic projects, and collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
